Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Fixture
Carefully repackage the light fixture in its original box with all internal padding, hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure safe transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
